This course aims to teach participants the art of anterior and posterior lamellar keratoplasty, which are the novel ways of modern corneal surgeries. The learning curve is steep and there are very few centres internationally that teach this course.
Moorfields and its array of expert consultants are at the cutting edge of these surgeries and are at a perfect vantage point in leading and conducting such educational programmes. This will be an inaugural course run by Moorfields using human corneal tissues and latest techniques. Delegates limited to 20 people to provide personalised coaching. There will be opportunities to meet members of the faculty during the day.
This course is open to Fellows and Consultants with a special interest in Cornea and External Diseases.
