Basic slit lamp and Goldmann tonometry study day

This study day aims to provide delegates with a comprehensive understanding of the slit lamp anterior segment eye examination and Goldmann tonometry including its history, theory and practical applications.

Overview

The training session will begin with a short talk covering the theory and fundamentals of the slit lamp and tonometry, followed by an opportunity for delegates to engage in hands-on practical training. This will involve using a slit lamp and performing an anterior segment examination of the eye, including Goldmann applanation tonometry to check intraocular pressure using simulation.

Our training is designed to be interactive and engaging with ample opportunity for questions and discussion. You will learn from experienced clinical educators who will share their insights and expertise on the slit lamp and tonometry.

By attending this training session, you will gain a deeper understanding of slit lamp and tonometry, which will help you in your professional practice.
